Introduction and Objectives

In this lesson, you will:

  • Identify strategies to improve physical health.
  • Identify strategies to improve mental health.
  • Create a plan to implement the actions you identified in your daily life. 

No one lives a stress-free life, in fact, a little stress is good.  But, if you find yourself constantly battling stress, there are actions you can take to reduce your daily stress quota. These actions include:

  • Taking care of your body
  • Getting physical
  • Managing your time
  • Staying connected to others
  • Recognizing your limits
  • Seeking help and talking it out
