As with nutrition and sleep, time-pressed students often don't engage regularly in exercise. But, exercise is a good way to improve your resilience and ability to deal with challenges.  

Exercise can be many things besides going to the gym and sweating. Here are some great alternatives:

  • Dancing
  • Riding a bike
  • Walking briskly to and from classes
  • Rollerblading
  • If you have a Wii, there are many available modules for fun types of exercise
